Not long ago we were at one of the Farmer's Markets that we attend every week selling our Syrups and Glazes when a customer saw our Pure Maple Sugar, he asked, "do you have any Maple Sugar Pepper?"  This was the beginning of our line of Dry Rubs; we grow many of the peppers, herbs, onions and garlic and smoke them with hickory bark then they are dried in a commercial dehydrator and blended with our own maple sugar and kosher salt. Our flavors are unique.............  Flavors of Farm & Forest.
